Ingredients Jerk Jackfruit:
- 2 cans of young jackfruit (in water or brine)
- 1/4 cup jerk seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Drain and rinse the jackfruit in a colander. Cut off the hard core from each piece and shred the jackfruit with your hands into bite-sized pieces.
