Shipping policy
As a food service company, we believe in taking the time to create the freshest quality products for our customers. In the same way, we strive to find the safest, most cost effective, shipping methods to ensure your order arrives on time and in tact.
Flat rate shipping
Our goal is to offer affordable shipping options to our customers. In order to make the process more straightforward, we have implemented a flat rate system based on the country of delivery. With our flat rate shipping, the cost remains constant regardless of the number of items purchased (up to 10kg, unless the delivery location is considered remote).
Processing time
Standard online and phone orders require 3 to 5 business days to process, prior to shipment. If any item in an order is not available, a member of our customer service team will contact you to discuss substitution or back-order options.
